HT Apartment

All five are 30 m², so the differences lie in views, beds and extras.

Parking is free and private, though it is off-site, nearby, and must be reserved in advance. Private check-in and check-out, express check-in and check-out, luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk cover arrivals and departures at any hour. An airport shuttle is available for a fee, and the building has a lift, daily housekeeping and a laundry service.

In the studios you will find kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plus an iron, a hairdryer, a desk, a wardrobe and free toiletries. Three cafés, Ropesso, Swan Tea and Koh Coffee, are 50 m away, and the Quán Hà-Hủ Tiếu Mỳ Sườn restaurant is 100 m away, so a coffee or a bowl of noodle soup is never far. The vegetarian restaurant Chay Quán Âm is a short walk away, and the Nhà Thờ Tân Châu church is also nearby.

Farther afield, the War Remnants Museum is 4.6 km away and Saigon Railway Station 3 km, so a taxi or ride-hailing car is the practical way to reach them. The bus station Bến xe Tân Phú is 2.7 km from the property, which matters if you arrive or leave by coach. Closer to hand, the Chợ Hoàng Hoa Thám market is 800 m away, one of several neighbourhood markets in the district, where you can buy groceries for the studio kitchen.

On foot, the Công viên Bàu Cát park and the Vietnam People's Air Force Museum are each 1.3 km away. The FITO Museum of traditional Vietnamese medicine lies 2.9 km away, and the Công Viên Chim Cánh Cụt park is 700 m from the property. The Vietnam History Museum and the Fine Arts Museum are further into the city centre, and a taxi is the simplest way to reach them.
